iMesh/3D Pro for iPad
Ever since purchasing my iPad I have been looking for an iOS app to do 3D. Nothing crazy, I don't expect a serious app to ever show up on a mobile platform, just something practical to satisfy my urge to doddle in 3d without sending me to my office, and maybe end up with a concept piece I could explore further in 3dsmax.
(Mod Edit) was the best of what I found. Simple, and clean with a good UI. Not quite enough functionality to be useful for anything, but I figured, what the heck, I will support this little app and see where it goes. Six months later, updates never materialize. So I go looking again. Lo and Behind, there is another suspiciously familiar app by the same guy. Now it's called (Mod Edit). It's the same application. Further, the app I paid for has been totally removed. I am scammed... At $4 it's a very petty scam, but still it burns me up. I bring this up here for two reasons, first to warn others of of these apps. Second, because the author, (Mod Edit), has been posting here since (Mod Edit) I am hoping that perhaps they will respond and provide some explanation and options for their customers. If not, be warned. Raymond Stewart Last edited by Kanga : 03 March 2013 at 06:21 AM. |

If you're just interested in playing around with a 3D software on the iPad there is Autodesk 123D Scuplt for the iPad:
