Looks really great... The plot seems similar to Robocalypse.

But otherwise.. extremely well done.

Amazing he could do that in 7 months by himself.

It is more amazing when this is done during his first year of studies.

Hope he will share how he achieves the cinematic look.

nice! I found the voices really irritating but otherwise sweet job for 1 man indeed. Impressive.

Really enjoyed the short and also very well made for a project by just one student.

Well, he had experience in Blender for 5 years prior to beginning school.

Apart from some character animation issues and the dialogues, i'd say well done

That surely is a great achivement for one student in first year, and in such a short time.

That was awesome. I enjoyed watching this more than some big company shorts posted here recently.

First let me say i enjoyed it overall. But i don't get why people keep praising it as if a 1st year freshman who learned it all in the first year did it. It has been quoted some times from the author that he has 5 years of 3D experience (which more than a junior position and almost about the same ammount of years a supervisor requires in job ads) and obviously had the means to hire a voice actor etc, so it is a nice animation but not to be compared in terms of "normal" student work.

And to be honest, i'm always skeptical when i hear "he did it alone" from scratch, considering even proven artists like Aaron Sims, i.e. had help on their own short movies.

That was fun and very slick for student work. Did he really have to name it after a Steve Coogan character catchphrase though?

Actually i know that , just saying that he done it in his first year. 5 years is a pretty long time.

why is he wasting his money and time going to school anyway..

Nice stuff in there.
The character anatomy on the head is interesting, the body not so much but that is personal taste.
