How was this done? (Hap & Lenonard Intro -- 2D to 3D Video)

Can anyone tell me how this video was done?

Hap and Leonard Intro:

Looks like still images made to look like they're in a 3D environment - I'm using After Effects and wonder which plugin might create this effect?
Or if it's done with something else, what would that be?

I have some clients who want videos done but all they have are 2D still images, so I thought that if I could master this kind of effect it would be very popular with my clients!

Thanks for any suggestions.

Heya,

No plugin needed. After effects has a 3d space that let's you position planes in space. Then just animate your camera through it.

Probably not the best but here like the first video I found that covers what your after.
