Hi all,

great workshop idea! Very stimulating. Cause I'm new to both digital/real scultpure I think this could be the right place to start with classics .
Let's try it...maybe just with a particular of one of these "awesome" references

Good luck to all!

Arrow

Nice topic right there. You really rock!

Can we go for a more fantasy theme? I love masters but I get kinda bored without some gross or hi-tech in there. I promise 95% you be flesh... please pleaseee???

DDS - The main idea behind the workshop is to get human sort of proportions and anatomy - it can, however, be a fantasy/sci-fi character if for instance it looks like an elf or a superhero [which, in all is still a human with cool gear ]... so yes, as long as the flesh is not - an overgrown orc or the like

I'm glad to see more people joining in

Mastakojo - welcome!

DimitrisLiatsos - excellent - looking forward to your contribution

Really neat idea!
I have always wanted to do a roman gladiator- or legionaire-style statue. I'll see what my timetable says. If its not cooperative, at least I'll be watching closely!
Cheers!

Great! I'm in!

A question: Where do I put my WIPs? In this thread, or in my Sketch book thread?

Thanks
