I come to say "Nay"

I would like to start with how amazed I am by your work and insight. Now- a small critique. Your thread should be titled “Character Design for Games/Sci-Fi…etc”. The rules you laid down missed one huge and important rule: who is the audience of the piece? Mickey Mouse doesn’t look the way he does because it was the only way he could survive in the harsh Disney environment- he looks that way because it is appealing to children. I envy your work, and your rules have application in some genres, but good character design is an extremely broad topic.

this is *some useful stuff.... Thanks!

*some= understatement

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

im trying to come up with a new character myself... down on inspiration lately!
out of curiosity, and the need of a creative boost...

what's your idea of a "fierce - bad a$$ - yet cool - smooth" looking type of creature/beast/character???? perferably a biped...

someone who could be mistaken for a villain, but at the same time could be a good guy...

kinda like batman... dark... fierce... yet cool... calm... smooOoOoOooOooth...

okey im asking too much...

but if you have the time...

thanks in advance!
