I found some time, and this is a perfect way to spend it

Its a bit of an odd backgroundcolor on this one, I know, but I do actually have a scene for this one so Im going for that colorscheme from the beginning.

Cool SaraD. Ah ok you did a mirror image of the reference? very cool. did you choose to do that for a specific reason? Was it easier to draw the gesture that way? Or did you just do cause you like the composition better that way? Just curious.

Vidar3d, Im gonna try to paint an enviroment to this one, and since I dont want her to point us "out" of the painting, I mirrored her. I think that was the reason

Beckie -> little but very promising

Sara -> few months ago, beckie give me the council to work with that kind of big resolution... and effectively, that change all... better way to detailed... it's also the reason I really appreciate your very precise work

Glenn -> Much originality with this piece... I have always much pleasure to see your tests of style, very interesting and inspiring...

Xillion -> I like the shape you give to your model, really different but so good...

Lemog: thanks, I'll try to get back on track (reach likeness) after I finish the first blending pass, I'll pick up the reference again at that time. I don't plan to develop her face (I always and quite only paint faces in traditional media) so I'll just stick with her body.

The real problem with my drawings/paintings is that I get bored very soon. So I need to learn a fast/realistic tecnique or just learn to have patience...this workshop is shelping me a lot to focused!

SaraD: thanks for the previous answer and...another question: do you start with print size resolution or start small and then upres ?

I start at highres, between 200-300 dpi. I might crop or expand the canvas, but use the same resolution through the whole process.
