Hey thanks for the comments guys!

Here are a couple of the 3d objects that I have modeled today and basic textures. Still a lot to do on them but most of that will just be paint over in Photoshop and color correction.

Cheers!

very nice Matt ... Zbrush is perfect to get this natural bionic look. Can't wait to see the next steps.

Wow, Matt, this will be exciting to follow! I love the organic structures, there is something just a little less convincing about the building. But keep rockin', this will be cool to see come together for sure!

Cheers,

Hey thanks for the comments everyone

Heres another update. This is my matte so far , I have been working around the canvas a bit but mainly the right side tonight. Tomorrow I will start working around all the parts doing some basic detail and making sure that if I am going to change anything i get it done early , Hope you like it and crits are most welcome!

Cheers

I found it a little confusing in contrast and depth, I see a big boat there but and the city is not the focal point, try another composition and check out your values for depth (fore ,middle and background)

Matt,

I agree with jamesvfx, it's a bit dark and hard to tell what the focal point is. I know you don't have the tunnel in yet though, but comping out some stuff just quickly might help.

Cheers,

hey everyone thanks for the crits , and i agree. I took yesterday off from working on it so i could look at it again today with fresh eyes and im going to fix and redo some of the composition , i have a couple ideas in mind, mainly envolving either taking out that boat or making it smaller. Also taking out that rock face on the right side. And Rebecca! what do you mean the tunnel isnt in yet?! its right there lol

Cheers
