Concept Sketch: The little big journey



Once again I enter the challenge rather late, but the reason is that I didn't want to show up until I knew if I was going have it finished. This time I really wanted to hand in the final image.

In this ocasion I chose a child and his little sister playing in their bedroom, before going to sleep. I used this image for the subject of "The Journey Begins", because I think that no imagination goes farther than the children's do, always wandering in their fantasy world, with no worries to bother them. I start working on it about tree weeks ago.

I apologize for the delay in the hand in of the post.

The sketches look great and its great to see a turnaround! Although it would have been nice if you posted while you were working on it, for crits.

Could you show wires? Its hard to believe that's 3d without some proof of it. Those shaders are amazing if they are.

Whoa that was just a sketch? The color piece looks like it could have been in the 2d competition! Your modelling seems nice and clean, a bit early to tell.
