Nice concept and modeling so far. My only comment at the moment is that I hope you base it more on your first sketch. I liked the small goblin at the back of the line looking very scared and pressed up against the next one in line. The middle goblin telling the others to be quite is also nice, but you didn't have any of this in the later sketch.
