Modeling: Modeling steps

Well... not too much to say about rocks modeling... copy paste, move, copy paste, move, copy paste, move, ...

I adopted finally the version without the path but with a boat.

I will work on the boat design soon.

Hello Nomad its your fellow chess player here! I think that the cloads are a good move to add a feeling of distance . I am sure that you thought of this already but adding some enviromental fog should really make it work.

Keep it up I will be voting 4 you bro!

Modeling: Modeling more rocks

I added more rocks and some cables to my wooden platform. Now I have to replace it with something more interesting.

Amplified - thanks for your comment, yes of course there will be some fog & clouds
I want to make some matte-paints all over the picture to not model/render everything clouds included.

Shading (Textured and lit): Working on the mood.

More work on the mood here...
I have enhanced the detail of the rocks textures and still thinking about how to put 3d grass on them.

I have added few lamps.
I will certailny move the ramp to sow it better and move the boat more on left. At final it will be a little bigger so that will fit good in the left area.

I like the sailboats in your comp - they and the lampposts gives a real surreal feel - very intereting so far

Concept Sketch: Boat reference.

A reference for the boat, especially for the colors.

Modeling: Lamp

Just a close-up to my lamp. I think it`s enough decorated no? I don`t want to go too much in some "Baroque" designs.

Modeling: Modeling the boat

Just first steps of the boat modeling. I want to make it nicely ornamented and colorful.

I hope the front platform don`t looks too modern. Maybe with a decoration ornament or sculpture below it will look better... we`ll see.

This is a very enticing realm you are creating. It makes you want to take a morning stroll in it. Good job!

Modeling: Modeling the boat

Next boat parts... I still fighting with the ropes hehe. I have no idea if this "sails" but it`s a fantasy world no? ;-)

I need to give it some live headquarters and many ornaments.

Comments are mostly welcome.

Thank you a-papantoniou - glad to read you would like to walk in my realm but take care about the gravity wheels, they push people many miles away from home
