Hi FlaminGlow,

your line art is clear and tidy. The characters are great (muscle ants in pink?). Funny idea, I like it. Much Luck for this challenge and have fun!

Ciao,
Ravena

Hi, FlaminGlow, thanks for dropping by my thread!
This is looking nice. The details are coming out nicely, and the characters pop pretty well. The bright yellow parts on the wings feel a bit too bright for the rest of the pic... but I know that they'll blend in more once you add the shading to them too.

The background feels very noisy to me, distracting from the foreground a bit, but you've done a good job blurring it out and pushing it further into the background... but maybe you could go a bit further too. The thing I find most distracting about it is that every branch and clump of leaves feels the same exact size, which isn't quite natural. But you're going for a stylized approach, I assume, so it's not really that important (except where it distracts from the characters! )

Anyhow, looks like you're getting there with plenty of time to spare. Keep it going!

Hi Flaminglow,
it´s looks quite well so far. I think you´re on the right track.

However i think you should consider to think about 2 important points here:

First there is the fact, that the mechanics you inventend just doesn´t work. Let alone that the viewer can´t see the important bow of the branch anymore because you covered it with leaves, the rope that is keeping the branch from swinging back should of course be coming from UNDERNEATH the construction. I know that you now got a problem here, because te second fella wouldn´t be able to cut themself loose, but i´m sure you´ll figure that out.

Second important thing is that you should be careful about using oversaturated colors in the background, taking the viewers attention to rather unimportant spots in the picture.

Good luck

walrus, thank you mate, you are right about all your notices i'll see what i can do about it.
artvandeley, thanks friend, you realy got me in all what you said it is exactly the problems i'm facing added to what walrus mentioned, the first notice i've played around to fix the problem and i've found a way out of it, the second notice is easier to fix i'll disaturate colors to balance them.

good luck to both of you guys.

i'll add a new image but for sure not all what you said is fixed i need more time.
