Need help for 3dsmax - Rayfire

Hi there, i've a issue with rayfire.
I need to have a beautiful decomposed explosion with rayfire.
But, i can't have middle step between the moment where the shoe is not again hiting the floor and the moment it does.
Like this:

I'd try to increase the framerate, decrease the strenght of bomb, not use bomb, use different materials, play with gravity, etc... But nothing is working and i'm running out of ideas..

Maybe somebody has one?

hi remoz,

why don't you try and increase the substeps or maybe even change the time scale if that doesn't work.
