Thinking Particles growing vines

Hello everybody,

i want to ask you your help to achieve somethings that i didn't found a solution yet.

Here http://www.claudeetclaudine.com/sof...tep_by_Step.pdf there is a tutorial on doing it in XSI, i was wondering if there is anyway to do it in TP. Here the final result http://www.claudeetclaudine.com/softimage/ice_vine/

Thanks!

in tp my aproach would be creating some lead particles that moves from bottom to top of some geometry, they got Surface Follow node
these leads spawn static trails which is increasing its size or scale with age (value to time or something), also from time to time lead particles generate another lead particles to give more branches,
the biggest problem is generating mesh, so you would be forsed to use meta shape from tp
or a frost plugin,

its not that hard
