FumeFX not emitting from Object Source!

Why Fume is not emitting from the object src sometimes? It is just a plane added to the Object source helper and I don't see it emitting anything.

Thanks all.

Is the object mapped? By that are you emitting fluid based on a greyscale map or similar.

Is object more that halfway through the first voxel on any of the sides of the grid?

Is it moving?

Can you create a debug scene that exhibits the same behaviour?

The object was mapped first with a gradient ramp which turns the whole surface into pure white gradually. Since it didn't work, I tried it without mapping which didn't work either.

Thanks Johnny
Thanks all.

I tried the same setup on a newly created Max file, still it's not working. Don't know if I am doing something wrong here. Please help me on what's wrong in the file included.

Thanks for the contd support.

I am such an idiot, it's all careless mistakes I make. Got it fixed. My source was below the grid.

Thanks Johnny.
Thanks all.
