I don't understand that "Eye pathway"

THis is Original in Andrew Loomis book:

(The eye should enter at the bottom amd emerge at the top--- never at the side, since corners
are "eye traps" because of their junctions, try to lead the eye away from or around that.)

I don't understand why eye can't enter from left to right or top to bottom?
And what will effect "eye trap" to watch picture?
And what the eye pathway are batter than other?
And "eye pathway" is equivalent composition?which is important?

I have many questions!!

I don't know where you got that from, but it sounds partly bogus to me. The eye can enter anywhere it likes, it all depends on what is around the picture and the artist can never control that. But ideally it should trap the eye, and never let it leave at all.
More info here in my essay on composition:

You can skip down to the bottom, the first part is about perception.
