For me its not so much 'how much will it be' more when will it materialise,Silo 1.42 is still at beta 6 no sign of the final.

Did you experience any bugs? It's beta because they call it beta. Use the lastest 1.42 release, it never crashed on me and works like a charm.

Could you please point me in the direction of the lastest 1.42 release as I can only find the beta.

Yeah, this latest beta is actually more stable for me than the prior release build. I'm happy!

btw .. does anyone know when silo 2 will be relased?
i read somewhere that it should be released this year but has there maybe been mentioned a month?

ps: sorry for the ot question but i didn't want to start a thread for this

No at this point they have not released a delevery date beyond this year. People are very anxious for information. Nevercenter have been working hard and giving little hints, but they have been also finalizing version 1.42. Version 1.42 is done now so hopefully version 2 is close.

Alls I knows is they're working on it. I'm really excited about how it's going to work. I'm talking speed, and more speed! LOL

i mean deforming your lowpoly cage with brush tools while seeing it on the sds model sounds like a lot of fun to me.
and the displacement painting looks also cool of course

Well, I just bought in an I am now awaiting my license via e-mail. I also ordered _Get into Silo: The Definitive Guide_ from KURV Studios. [8 hour training DVD] Can't wait to start playing with it!
