Question Mirror - vertex problem at X 0

I study this Silo, and it's great, but I have a major problem.

For example, if I work on navel, this happen when I mirror it for test.
But if I do the same work and its already mirrored, then no problem to manipulate the navel...

Why this happen ?
I don't want to mirror the object yet, I want when I finish it, because head is missing for example, and if I attach the head with already mirrored body, I got some problems. And Instant Mirror doesn't show this error for example... so I don't like that to use.

The object line where is mirrored is on X = 0, and all vertexes at that line are at 0 too.

The other problem is, I did a test cube, see image:

So its simple 3 part cube. Mirroring side is at X = 0. Mirror was successful... and when I subdivide... you can see...

When I Undo the mirroring... I got a invisible vertex, which doesn't move... you can see on image. I want to move the vertex at edge, and nothing happen...

What happening here

If somebody need the object, here it is with cube test:

Thumbs up Fixed

I fixed the problem. It was a Silo bug, and restarting Silo was not helpful, I had to restart the entire PC, so everything is ok now

But I have a question regarding symmetry:

My body in this model is already in symmetry.
What if I do the head on his own, make is symmetrical and I combine with already symmetrical body. Will work as one symmetrical object ?

Or better if I made the head now, building from neck ?

Try adjusting the seam tolerance value in the options.

building the head on its own and combining with the body should not cause a problem.
