Numeric direction
As I see there is no numerical parameter to set the direction of an object to world coordinates.
We have only relative angles. Which are not reversible. Is there an other way to set an object to 30° against the X-Axis? |

A bit of a pain in the arse is the fact the Silo zeros rotation values...
What you could try is adding a temporary object such as a grid and rotate that to the angle required then use the snapping manipulator to align your object to that. __________________
