Question Any video series for drawing techniques?

I don't get much out of books, being that A: I'm a visual learner and B: I am ADD

I am far more motivated by watching art happen in real-time, and I can draw from the example much more effectively.

For instance, I cannot understand shading and lighting techniques from reading about them. My shading always looks like someone just smudged pencil on the drawing. :\

A series for various drawing techniques would be a godsend.

Thank you for contributing. Though, I'm a little too broke to be able to afford such things.
