Nice start!

You might wanna pull the lips out a bit on the puppet though.

Good stuff .

Thanx kanga didn't notice it, but I'm planing on retouch after just wanna do at least 6 puppets asap so I can work on the stage and puppeteer (when i think I wanted to keep this simple)

I like the idea, with those puppets on a string, especially that comedia del arte-like one with the napoleonhat. They al look kind of freaky; is that me or is that how you want it?

Nice work everyone!!!

Well this makes one puppet down, the strings and few retouch will come later, now to the other puppets, next hmmmm...

Yeah I want my puppet to look really creepy, with the candle lighting of the scene it will have even more impact. They are taking over their old master the puppeteer, who's gona look very scared, they're turning him into a puppet and I might have some puppet cutting off their own strings.

Your idea is too good..
I think candle light will and alot to the aura you want to create.

Texturing: Diablo Head

A little update before I go to bed, did some exploring in texturing, and I like the result. And of course started a new puppet in this case Diablo. He's gonna be on the back of the puppeteer holding his head down with is fork.

Dude first of all good luck with future entrys .. i just gotta say your work is the first really cool humourous work for this challenge that ive seen. Its amazing.. your characters have so much emotion just standing i mean if you animate these guys, the skies the limit... this is really kewl i love it dude... Good luck man!!!

Hey Gerard,
You have been busy , very nice costume for the first puppet, the Diablo puppet looks good too. Keep working away , you will be done in no time.

Wow, thank you everyone

My primary goal is too finish this contest since I never was able to finish Machineflesh and never really got inspired for the space opera one. But this one I will finish. I'm working as much as i can now since I know work is on the way soon and it wont leave me much time for it.
