I liked the animation with the blue guy. I was pausing between frames and you have the principles of animation down with squash and stretching. Some issues I've found:

- You should try to look at weight shift during walks. I find the easiest way to understand weight shifts is to film yourself walking and look at how your body moves.
- I noticed that there was a delay of contact between the blue guy's head and the letter 'o'. I think you should go back and retime that contact point.
- The woman at the beginning was odd. I'm not sure if she's skating or walking. You may want to check the main controller. The best way I have found when animating a walk was to move everything but the main controller to avoid feet sliding.
- I had to pause the video to see the guy getting hit by the train. I think you need to extend a few frames to show him getting hit. It just looks like he disappears once the train enters the scene.
- The man walking out of the gender change hut was weird. I think you you should stick with one type of walk. You started with a very masculine walk but ended with a very feminine walk. It just looked weird.
- The geometry in your models (besides the characters) would look a lot better smoothed instead of faceted.

What programs did you use to make the animation? If you used Maya you should check out this link: You can render out playblasts with AO in Viewpoint 2.0. Make sure to have your normals correct and some sort of lighting.

All and all a very decent attempt, though. Keep it up.
