Hi Brandon,
Looking pretty good there. Here's a few tips that might help to polish that reel.

1. Limit the "control rig wiggle" demo. Having viewed hundreds of demo reels over my career, as a viewer I know how a foot control works and fingers curling. I know you're trying to show off the control rig but when it all comes down to it we're all after the money shot...deformations. Highlight as much deformations as possible showing good "range of motion". Wiggling a control doesn't show this. I'd want to see good shoulder deformations, legs, hips, butt, head and neck. These are the areas that generally need to have the greatest range of motion. You can briefly show a face rig but make sure to follow it up with a small animation that helps showcase the work.

2. Did you do all this work? Model, texture, animate and rig? If someone else did the work shown on the reel make sure to credit them. As the viewer you're telling me you did all of this.

3. Any tool development you did that helps to showcase any technical skills is a plus.

Hope this helps and good luck!
Cheers,
-Sean
