Hey Srdjan, I like the interaction between the two balls. The anticipation in the small ball, the deflating flying ball, are also just great stuff. Some things I think need work are timing/spacing? for the bounces on both balls. The small ball's third bounce seems a little abrupt, like it should bounce some more then come to a stop. The arch of the third bounce also seems a little flat in relation to the first two bounces.
The big ball's second bounce seems like its trying to fit or position itself next to the small ball, instead of bouncing into it. There might be a key in the arch thats making it like that, but it just seems a little off.
Good work so far.

I agree with thecarrier, you should also consider to implement some rotation on the rubber ball when its stretching. If you look at the picture i posted earlier you'll see what i mean. The big heavy solid ball seems too static and should also continue forward after hitting the lightweight rubber ball and maybe do a few more small bounces.

Hello guys,

thanks for the nice crits. About final bounc of small ball, I was thinking that energy was dyeing, and that squosh/stretch should not be exaturated. I will definitely try to change it. Sportcap I agree with rotatin while is falling down and also while is going up. It would be technical challenge for now, because I am new to Maya and anomation too. Challenge will be in strech axes, I had to move it down, so it need to move up while is rotated 180 degrees, and that old down position, when is rotated will be up, if you think locally. I don't know if you understood, what I was trying to say.
About big ball, I was thinking to make big ball very solid, like it is big concrete, or metal ball, very rigid. My idea was to partially hit the small one, so small ball can still have chance to escape. If big ball was going more to the left, it would just squash small ball, and it will stay underneath big one.
I don't know if you might have comment to what I said.

Thanks again for the crits, it means a lot to me.

Best regards

hai repoko....
nice man i like the bounce of the small ball
there some critiques in my view
there is i feel the big ball is a balloon, there is no weight in that and
the small ball to much squash in starting, if he scared and run
make that action look like a small puppy run not a flying bird

Thanks Ganesh. I agree that big one does not have impression of being very heavy. I am still very new to this and I am not sure how to do it, maybe I have to do more research. Let see...

Hey Srdjan,
To make the ball appear heavy, the fall/bounce time needs to be very quick compared to the light ball. The amount of bounces should also be kept low, same thing with squash and stretch (which probably shouldn't even happen). There also shouldn't be much rolling after the bounces as well due to the weight bringing it to a stop. Hope this helps.

Good job Neon. I think itīs good timing, squach and stretch. Some fun watching it too.. Too take it further you could keep the spheres moving all the time even when they are standing still. Nice anim.reel
