To me this walk cycle looks stiff. Don quichotte's hips are glued to the saddle. No sliding/balancing/anything. The same with legs. They should dangle or spring a bit.

You're Right Numnah13, my ridding character low part was pretty frozen, i did subtle adjustments on it on the video and replace it.

Much better. I would add some motion to the knee and ankle. Now the lower leg is motionless relatively to Rosinant body.
Look at this girl. Her feet wiggle all the time and the angle between thigh and calf keep changing.

I'm not liking the toe flop. It's too much.
If you're going for a cartoonie walk cycle, then leave it in at about 30% of what it is now, otherwise only leave it at about 5%.

Just something to try
