Sure, lets go with that, I will make the image wider, I will add more trees to the foreground (like copy padte, thing) I dont have much time :(

I will also add the purple lights to the bg, come out with the biped concept of the guy, wearing some sort of junk made equipment.

thanks for your kind words

-cheers

oshiroii I like your sketch

I will re-arrange some of the things in the scene to come up with something very similar where more than 2 characters are hiding from the enemy drones.

Thanks and cheers!

Improvements in the idea!

I just want to let everybody know, there is going to be a little change in the main idea, it won't conflict with the main idea of "peace/hope/waiting" thing, is more like re-arranging things around the sketch, and instead of having one character, I will have more characters in the scene, since many people seems to agree with that

I will also develope a deeper/detailed forest, where these creatures are hiding from the vessels in the background. And I think I will add some more stuff to the enviroament, since I have been looking around, and MAN! I tell ya, there is really good people around here, lots of beautifull talented artist wow, I'm amazed...

- one love!
- Cheers!
- and God bless your talent!

I really like the atmosphere you've created, and like what was said above in the thread, it is definately more original than all the disaster/conflict/apocalyptic scenes a lot of people are trying to do (myself included).

Keep it up, and find an event that would be as nice and original as your atmosphere is

hey ARSA,
Thanks for stopping by my thread.
I looked at your sketches.
they look good.
I am missing some grandeur in your sketches, they have potential for it for sure I just need more going on and more large scale stuff. It will be perfect if you get that right.

keep at it man.

Cool Ideas Alexis

i like this one too much i also agreed to reply said it needs some more mixing between background and foreground to make whole thing combined well, as overall nice and very good ideas you are showing, keep this spirit and show updates.

good luck,

Hiya there superlayer! What would you suggest? I have the concept of the vast wild life thing going on... but it seems it not enought... please let me know what you are thinking

Maybe try to think about some serious grand wildlife he he.
Something utterly huge and impressive.
I am thinking massive growth. Maybe lower the camera view and use a frog style camera view or bird perspective to fit more within the cameras field of view.
use perspective to convey vastness.

Dont be afraid to explode your designs. Think out of the box and go beyond earth nature. (I am sorry god I know your designs are truly great).

superlayer !

I know what you mean, but My 2D skill is very limited , once I began working the 3D field I will pay more attention to perspective and how deep the forest will go, and all that sort of thing.

Thank you for your wise advise, and hey you did great in telling me this, that reminds me, to focus on my first thought " thinking of that vast wildlife and a desolated city being lurked by enemy drones"

-Cheers!
