Hey, that is a very excellent paintjob!

Now, I really really don't want to be a wet blanket here, I'm really looking out for you because I don't want you to get in trouble with the explicit copyright clause in the contest guidelines - - - but, aahh, er... You should maybe look out for the city-planet thingy from Disney's 'Treasure Planet' because this is dangerously close to it.... Just a very friendly pointer

Nice work ficolo. I will definitely be watching this one. The composition is great - very pure and clean. The only thing I would say, and no doubht you're getting to it, is that the foreground needs something, in part for scale, but also to lead the viewers eye into the piece - a small ship or whatever.

Otherwise, great work.

You're right JamesMK. My inspiration starting point was exactly Treasure Planet, but I promise this is just a starting point. My final design will be very different from Disney's movie.
