my first modo wip
modeling time: 65 minutes [slightly edited the model .. so maybe 70 minutes now )
and i only lost symmetry 1 time

and the model with some basic colors ...

It is really gratifying to see so many great artists using modo. The entire team here thanks you for sharing your initial explorations with out app. We're impressed by your work and motivated to make your lives even easier with more Luxology tools in the future.

Ok this was for a TV program ,and had to be done quickly and I'm normally an organic modeler...blah blah blah

Something I started today. I have to say modeling with modo is real pleasure. I'm more animator then modeler but modo makes me model anything just to be able to spend some time within this awesome environment

On a side note smooth tool is a killer. I can do fast and non-precise tweaks with element move to the geometry and when I "barely" see what I want I apply smooth a few times and it makes nice SDS shape. I tend to mess the cage a lot while working on SDS and Smooth applied from time to time helps a lot.

Good models u posted, Lucasz ! seem that Modo is a great environment indeed.

BTW smooth is in Lw modeler toolset too and works so fine with sub -ds and u can couple it with the brush tool u use to paint weigjhts. I dunno exactly if it's the same of Modo though.

but you can assign your smooth operator to screen or airbush falloff anytime quite fun to use here

These are great WIPS! Thanks to everyone for sharing. It is fantastic to see people getting up to speed in modo so quickly. Very inspirational for us.
