Zbrush remeshing mannequins

Ok i'm very new to Zbrush but i've been using mudbox for a while but zbrush looks like where its at. So I started looking at some basic tutorials and went for it, anyway basically I trying to remesh a Mannequin that i've posed which from the videos looks simple enough but when I hit remesh on mine it turns into a load of blobs. link below shows what i'm talking about.

This might be a little late, but if you press the A key and then remesh all, it should work.
