Polygons suddenly is at another place after going up a division level

As the long title says, I've been sculpting a human body and just focusing on the body first and I went down to the lowest divsion level and worked myself upwards, but when I got to lvl 3 something strange happened. The polygons around her mouth seems to move way down under her and inside her, images under. is this because I used polygroups or? and is there an easy way of fixing this? You can see it go all the way down to her private place.

look next to the project all button >Dist <slider
that should help the artifacts

you can all so store morph target and try and remove the artifacts
or mask the area that is causing a problem and the mask wont project
