100% Symmetry Possible?

As I've been modeling I noticed that my model's symmetry is off again. Up to subdiv level 3 it has 100% symmetry. Starting at subdiv level 4 it goes down to 99% and change. I'm positive I didn't do anything to cause this.

Does this just happen in Zbrush or what causes it? Should I be worried about perfect symmetry at all?

when you say (symmetry is off again.) do you mean symmetry will not work for you?
or are you reading the symmetrical reading on top upper left hand corner of zbrush that says symmetry is not 100%
if the reading is not 100% but symmetry is still working then you have nothing to worry about.

if your having problems with symmetry then look under tool>deformation >resym/ smart resym
you may need to mask HALF of your models to restore symmetry.
in some cases you may need to mask half of the models at the lowest subdivision level before restoring symmetry.

if you want 100% symmetry reading then test it on a non subdivided square CUBE

This. I wasn't sure if I should be off at all. I thought perhaps it would be a problem later for me. But I guess you end up remeshing most things anyway.

Thanks again I'd give you more rep but its warning me that I've given you too much.
