Retopology and Morph Targets Question

Retopology and Morph Targets Question

I'm a bit unsure of how the process should go- most of what I've found on searching videos and forums is:

Sculpt -> Retopology -> Use retopo for Morph Targets at its base resolution

However I was wondering if there was a way to make the process more linear, that is:

Sculpt & all morph targets -> Retopology & propogate ZBrush's morph targets to new retopo automatically

Is this possible in any way?
