Internal renderer vs 3dsmax/etc.

Hi,

I'm new to Zbrush, though I have past experience with other 3d applications (primarily 3dsmax). I was wondering is it recommended to use the internal renderer or is it worth exporting to 3dsmax so you could use mentalray/vray/etc. ?

zbrush render was not the best but they have improved it by 80% in the newer version,
its not a 1 click render and it look all good, you will need to do some work
