Zbrush 4 r3 two issue

Hi to all,
I using zbrush from release 2, but never in conjunction with other software. Now I want using it for posing a character done in softimage, I have not time for doing a proper rigging (cleaning weight map etc. etc.) and Transpose master seems the best option for a fast work as is posing your character for a shot.
The problem I have are two:
If I doing a doing an hard surface model in softimage and import in zbrush, when export from zbrush he softens all my hard surface and sharp edge, don't understood why.
Other issue, zbrush don't export correctly the mesh I have previously imported from softimage, the file zbrush export is corrupted and cannot be open by modo or softimage.
Does anyone know why?
