your talent is really incredible; your technique, composition and lightning are awesome
many thanks for the wip stages, very interesting insight
how much time do you need for something like this?
Old 10 October 2009   #36
Yeah man, this is one of those pieces you can look at and FEEL a story without it being jammed down your throat, without having it be explained to you, and that emotes and has impact... VERY hard to find that kind of work man, major props.

And great job of seaming style and realism, you really breathed your own into this man, and it really shows.

Awesome, awesome, awesome, AWESOME piece man. I'd "high-five" the sh!t outa you if I could.

Thank you many many times!
FabioMSilva, thank you! For the first time I wanted to draw the defeated guy on the background, but then I realized that it will not bring something special in the work, so I only can supose that he'll be allright

guterrez, thank you! About time - I started about an year ago, but there were so many other works and projects. That's why it took me so long time. If I would sit and draw only this work about 6 hrs a day, then I think it would been finished in a month or so.

You did a great job with the color and the different shades, looking realistic. The old boxers eye looks a little creepy. The details are really well done, along with the focus.
