This reminds me of a painting in my late grandmothers home. Simply, beautifull. I love the impressionistic background contrasting with the clean, soft figure.

Is it wrong to want to visit this place and give that fairy a kiss?

... hmmm I may have drank too much.

Oh my good god! I have seen some pretty amazing stuff on this forum but nothing that looks so... so damn beautiful.

I love the way that it has such a natural look. It is like something between a watercolour and oil painting.

Please tell us how you did it.

it actually looks like you used a photo for some parts of the pic and hand painted others.

I have no doubt: this is a MASTERPIECE!!!!
Everything in this picture is plenty of love and tenderness. Colour, composition, posing, surface treatments, small details... are not only talking about your impressive skills but your sensitivity to art and your strong classic painting knowledge (very unusual in this forums, by the way).
I can´t stop wondering how this piece would look, painted with oil on canvas and hung from a great museum´s walls....

Go on this way, Linda. We love & need you.
