Those are simply amazing, the charisma of those characters are incredible, a true classic and you are a true master.

I don't know if this forum has to many responses for you to respond to a question?

First like everyone else your work is wonderful.

Questions:

How long would it take to finish one of your highly detailed character images? Just the finish concpet paint.

Do you use some refrence for natural light, warmth, sheen (metal), reflective qualities of objects? Shadow fade, and warmth? I am especial curious about the folds in the clothing, and the subtlty in the shadows.

And lastly do you ever use basic 3d models for refrence on lighting?

Thanks

ev

to quote Victor Vinyals, you have a render engine in your hands, breathtaking work!

Wonderfull work Oli, this forum is not the same without your works poping up from time to time, your talent is something to miss when youre not around.
Man, if there is something that I envy in you is your eye for character design and lighting.
My only critic however is... make more of those!

-SpankTheMonk Questions-

+How long? Well ...can't say I did this in my free time, in small short whiles

+refrence ? the first main work is documentation. About expensive clocks and shoes for the businessman, make up and classic clothes for the mime, and mimes too..all this kind of things in order to make the design

+basic 3d models ? XDD no. It does not have much sense, mainly because these are sheets for 3d

Thanks a lot for all the replies
