In general, I really like the concept.. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the bottom section of the image, too much light around the feet, or maybe not properly balanced? Also the pair of dark buildings above the umbrella could of been blended in more with the city skyline..

My two cents are these: the placement/size of her face bother me. In the case that her face is still attached to her body, the head should be higher up and perhaps a little larger. If the face has already detached from the body and has become ash, ash generally floats upward, so the face would still be a little too low. If you were trying to relay the message that the face is falling, it doesn't look that way to me.

Otherwise, your technique is phenomenal. Great work!
