Looks great,

Only thing I'd crit is that the character seems too much in contrast with the bright orange background - making the main subject matter seem too dark and muted.

I'd brighten the rocks and the character a bit more.
Otherwise - very impressive work.

very nice. The building remains in the foreground seem comparatively flat, and not congruent to the remaining image, but I really like. My congratulations.

Hi amoe,

I just want to say, that in my opinion the head plus the complete arm gesture for holding the head destroys a lot of your image.

The head itsself looks very naive compared to the professional looking rest of your artwork.

The gesture of the arm is a mix of protecting the eyes against the glaring sunset...but, with the wrong arm.

Perhaps you can tweak the arm plus one of the near jags, so that the hand holds fast to the colsest jag and stash away the head.

Very nice work. However, my only crit would be that something about the way she's holding the head is a little off. There's not much dimension there and it almost looks like her arm is resting on the head.

On a personal note: IMO, I think it would have been better, compositionally, to have her still holding the sword and perhaps having part of the decapitated body in the image. From what I see, the image is a little hard to read. Did she cut the head off or did she find it lying on the ground and picked it up? Being that she's at almost ground level (kneeling) and you can't see a body makes me wonder where the head came from. Also, there appears to be wind in the scene interacting with everything, yet the bloody tendrils at the bottom of the head are hanging straight down.

Other than that, it's a very nice rendering. Good work.
