What are you trying to achieve, a gangster clown? Then you have acheived. If you want to give him machismo, and swagger? Then scale down those arm and wrist rotations. Revolve his upper torso(Shoulders, collar) the same direction as where his arms go. Tilt bob his head forward and back only a slight bit. Right now he is slouching and that reflects him being downtrodden =no self confidence/weak. Erect his spine more. Good luck and great job so far.
