Warcraft Friends and Pets, Michelle Boulad (2D)

Painter X, wacom

Just a bit of fun for me following a dry spell :) wanted something enjoyable and silly rekindle my enthusiasm.

I wanted this to look like a casual snaphot, the sort you'd make with your friends or kids and a few assorted pets. Could have used more detail on the armor i guess, but meh...might have spoiled the fun factor, at least for me.

I really love this piece, actually seen it in the wow fanart section and had to do a search on yahoo to find you here to tell ya so.

I'm kind of curious of the elf in the leather robes, she reminds me more of a blood elf then a night elf (probably because of the skin tone being closer to hewmon(human). hehe But I am assuming she is a night elf druid since I have those same robes and shoulders on my druid.

I know you don't need me to say your a fantastic illustrator, but you are and I think you captured a great feel of Dalaran and some friends hanging together.

Do you do commissions? If so do you have a link to rates and info?

Grykon, thank you for your kind comment. I came across this message by chance today, I was surprised and pleased to see your interest on a work I'd not revisited for some time.

If you're interested in a commission feel free to email me at with ideas, and I'll get back to you with a price estimate.

Thanks again for giving me a smile today
