it's almost perfect ! i say almost because the girl's pose contrast hugely with the dynamic move of the boy ! but hell ! why i'm complaining , it still an amazing piece indeed
5 stars from me

Reminds me more of Romeo and Juliet, he's about to jump off the cliff and she seems very willing and able to join him

This is a brilliant piece! I agree that it has a Normal Rockwell feel to it, (my parents have a few of his prints up in the kitchen) Especially the way the boy's face is drawn. And the subject greatly reminds me of Peter Pan saving Wendy. Like he's about to take off with her hand in hand. And she has no care in the world because her hero has arrived. Great expression on her face btw. U hit all the marks you wanted with this piece. I love the colors, the perspective, the whole look and feel. I wouldnt change a thing. The poses give it a fantasy look to it. Great work!

Keep it up

Amazing! Refreshing to see something that is not so dark (as in mood) here. Just a great visualization of imagination of these children. What a wonderful thing to be able to see. Sooooo nice, A awesome print you should have done for the parents too!

five stars all the way!

Verynice just one problem. The girl's perspective loos off. because we see the top of the boy's head but the see the bottom of the girl's face. but overall verynice !

Nice work

Nice painting, but somehow the perspective of the castle behind looks incorrect to me. They also feel like giants compared to the background. Perhaps structures are too in focus? Maybe it's just me. Good work though.

Lovely stuff!! If a painting can be "too cute for its own good" this is definately the piece!

From first and second look it is a great piece of art, the concept, perpective and color work are excelent, at third look though, it seems like the girl's face and the hands they're holding are a bit strange: I guess they are running away from the castle, if not, than I'm completly wrong about the face, assuming they're escaping, the girl look very calm.
Something else, the hands holdine each other seems to be in a very unnatural pose, like the boy's wrist is broken.
Still, as I said, released a big WOW when saw it, absolutly a 5 stars work.
