I'm not sure, but at least to me, I think the clothing is a bit detailed compared to the rest of her body (especially surrounding that area)....and kinda the piece itself.

You were asking what people meant with the comment about the clothing, right? I think what EdHarris means is that the shape is a bit distorted. From what I see, the part where the blue top sags off the painting should be in the middle of her back, but in your picture it is more to the left.
Personally I don't see anything wrong with this, and in fact I don't think you should change anything. But that is what I think EdHarris and -Vormav- is referring to.
Either that or her shoulder is a bit large, and it might have thrown off the proportions. It is hard to pinpoint.
