...In the bigalopolis, in the office of the high buiding, yet he can see the blue sky, but it really force him to choke because of the sonic lifestyle, the heavy workload, the mountains of paperwork and the one after another emergency call, also with the unfinishable assigned tasks from his superior. so he need to break through this cage and find the freedom belong to him...

Office is nicely done, only that bird outside, looking straight at us, is bit distracting - not really needed IMO (it messes up the silhouette of the broken window).

I really love this concept and the detail in this is pretty amazing. I must agree that the bird is where my eye goes first.... I am not sure however if this is a bad thing. It makes you think, ok, what is the bird looking at so shocked...then you proceed to look around the picture at everything going on and laugh. So Great job! And I hope this isn't totally from personal experience

Great job, well rendered, and very funny. I especially like the ceiling panel and the expressions on the faces of the birds! That's about how I feel some days!

very nice!! I like the attenton to details, the oxygen tank, the smiley coffee mug, the 'lit' cellphone under the desk, the footprint on the chair(!) -congratulations!!!

As far as crits go, the bird is too predominant, drawing the viewers' attention away from the slightly smaller guy (at least for me). Another point would be that under the circumstances, or at that very instance, the bird ought to have been looking at the guy....

I can emphatize with the process that such a piece involves and how certain elements looks great in the preliminary sketches and how tough it is to crop out something you worked on, but try comparing two versions, one without the birds... -let me ask you this, wouldn't the image be a lot more dramatic if we saw the guy, same position but just alot closer to us? albeit, you'd have to contend with conveying that he can fly and not commiting suicide but I'm sure you can pull that off.

Also, if I may, the broken glass is too accentuated by the dark outlines.....

Altogether, I like it alot and I hope this helps,
All the best,

I didn't even notice the bird before I read the comments here. The red shirt/cape on the character works fine to draw the viewers attention.

Amazing detail!!! I would make the glass a lot less opaque, just a 20% shade would probably work better.. at the moment the glass looks as if it's made of paper coated perspex! good work
