Janet, Bill Green (2D)

Title: Janet
Name: Bill Green
Country: Usa
Software: Photoshop7, Wacom

This image was created for to try and improve my painting skills. I have always struggled with painting. I have a hard time trying to capture the form and lighting of things that I paint. So any tips on that would be great. This is the last one that I did that I am pleased with. I used Photoshop7 and Wacom.

good job, needs a little touching up where the hairline meets the skin (the toughest part to work on). Good skin tones & lighting

Very nice job. The only thing that really niggles at me is the hairline on the right (her left) where it doesn't seem to be shaped right. What I mean is that it doesn't seem to have the correct line across her forhead, looks crooked or something... Maybe its just the extreme angle though.

You have really done a great job captuing clarity in the eyes, great work!

hey good piece, i think the golden yellow tone on the left side of the face is too harsh though, it doesn't seem to fit the overall thoughtful mood of the piece. Of course it is probably too late for that. great work tho

Very fresh look - not overworked (like it).
