Fall Frenzy Rake Composite, Skagit Valley Casino Resort (2D)

Title: Fall Frenzy Rake Composite
Name: Skagit Valley Casino Resort
Country: Usa
Software: Photoshop Cs

This is a PHOTO COMPOSITION I did for a fall slot tournament at The Skagit. We purchased a stock photo of a rake off of Getty and I proceded to add in the cash (which we had from an earlier promotion).

I was really trying to make it seem as real as possible, as if the rake were photographed with the cash in place in the studio, rather than a composite.

Photoshop CS..what a wonderful toy!

The far right nad bill seems to curl in an unatural way, but that's about it. Were the leaves already there from the getty image?

Nice work all around. Do you know what format the final product will take? Banner, flyer, bus, billboard, mag ad?

The leaves were in the original image.

I'm not sure what part of the far right bill is throwing you..
The cash photos were originally from a Stock photo (probably another from Getty) in which they were flying/fluttering about, I avoided reusing the same bill as that would really stand out on this.

The background was also knocked out, patched, and used at a different scale from the rake image in the same composition for the final collateral pieces.

this particular image will be used for on-property collateral as part of larger compositions including a typographic solution for the title, as well as additional leaves (knocked out from this image), and additional bills.

the additional collateral includes everything from direct mail, posters and letter sized flyers to backlit signage, web popups and a blurb on our roadside video board.

This is just one of the many fun things I get to do as an in-house designer. - I was so pleased with the way this turned out I decided to post it here.
