Hi, this is my latest work done in painter and photoshop, I really want to achieve a photo real look for this one, but it seems fail so deep.

It looks great.A few suggestion I can make : make the line where her hair splits less contrasting. The highlights in the hair are a little strong and don't really follow the angle of her head. The lighting on the left side of her face seems to make it more 2D to me, I would fade the highlight more on the left lower side to express the slight appreance of a cheek bone. I would also shadow her necklace more so that it doesn't stand out quite so much.

Nice. I like the soft glow around the character.

Perhaps, to achieve more realism, sharpen the lines/add more contrast between the parts of the character; for example between her chin and neck.

She has such a lovely expression and I really like her eyes for some reason. I'm very bad at doing realistic cgs, but one thing that I think might help you making the pic look more realistic is add some 'imperfections' to her face. Right now her face is very smooth, but people don't have perfectly smooth skin with no wrinkles and stuff. Also, you might add a bit more definition on the lower part of her hair because it looks a bit block right now. Other than that, I think you did a wonderful job on the drawing.
