I like the general feel of this.
My only suggestion would be to watch your atmospheric perspective. The values in the Back Ground are darker than any values on the bird or female. It's a very easy thing to fix and it would make your illustration pop.

the part of the face , neck and head of the witch is the best , i like the way u siplyfy the colors and tones , but the leaning of the woman forward asumes the speed , but the hair is not affected by such speed she is going in . so more hair flying whould give this feeling ..

Thanks for your opinion.. I undestand what you mean. I really could do such hairs, at the same time of flight the bird is raising up from forest, so hairs of witch don't fully flatter. Don't know, can image born this feeling or not.

I agree with the others, plus I think that the witch does not sit right on the bird's back. It feels like, she sits almost on the bird's left wing. A bird's back is a round thing, you should try to raise the witch's right leg or relocate her to picture that she sits on the centre of the bird's back.

One more thing: I like your painting style and the composition is great
