Thumbs up

I forget, is the yokai-jiten the spirits of drowned people? This is nice and creepy and you choose an interesting drawing style with this kind of white pen quick and squiggly lines, especially near the bottom. Not sure what the red light/sphere is in the background, but it probably relates to the mythology (I'm a little rusty on my Japanese mythos). The head and face are interesting. It's like a fat shark head is encircling a Noh mask (very creepy). And are those lost souls making up the body of the yokai? Very interesting concept. I think the shoulders and chest could've used a bit more development (very vague, could've used more shape to block out the form a bit more; doesn't have to be too detailed); although I do like the arm and how the white lines flow down from the arm like a tattered sleeve. Overall, it's a very interesting and stylized piece. Keep it up. Nice work.
