Wow, your detail work on the skin tones and textures are extraordinary; and your work on the hair is great as well. Probably shouldn't have smoothed out some of the moustache, it makes it look like matted fur stuck together like you might find on an old teddy bear. I do love the stubble and skin tones on the chin (probably the best part). Must have driven you crazy after a while to do all of those pores for the skin. The kid sitting on his hand looks so vague by comparison. Parts of his body form seem kind of lack structure (namely his extended leg and foot, since there's no shadows to show bend, shape or form). His arm and head are nice, though. The kid feels more like a thing the giant just picked up to observe, and that the kid doesn't really know his surrounds (just how his expression feels). If this is just suppose to be a comparison of giants (even with the kid being a giant to the butterfly) then that message gets across. Overall, a very successful piece, so keep it for your portfolio. Keep it up. Great job.
