Nice work! It has quite a 'natural media feel', impressive for a Photoshop piece, so your brushes and painting methods obviously worked! The picture feels a bit busy and doesn't seem to be a strong focal point for the eye to rest on but that doesn't bother me much for some reason. It all works well!

Thumbs up

What the heck is he carrying? Some sort of giant ray gun? I like how you designed the snow gear (I bet it's heated and that he's pretty toasty in there). The helmet is kind of reminiscent of Halo and a jet fighter helmet. Interesting robot next to him. I like the overall design of it, including the legs, although the front part of the body feels a tad bulky in shape and it gets hard to see the front right leg as being away from the body (since it's forward facing and therefore losing perspective and depth). This color palette is very unforgiving, but you managed to work with it incredibly well (only a few small issues). I like how you did the snow covered trees. Overall, this turned out into a very successful piece, so keep it for you portfolio. Keep it up. Great job.

I love this! I don't know if it was intentional, but it's somehow very cute! In the best way of course
